Competitions title, approximate date of competitions. Name of club or federation, contact e-mail.
Square of map, short description of area. If you have similar o-maps send some part of it.
A 1:25000 topomap of proposed o-map.
Desired interval of time for fieldwork (with 1-3 months of uninterrupted period of time).
